1. Returns:
Custom jerseys cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ravolten.com with photos and a description of the problem.
2. Refunds:
Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement for the defective or incorrect item.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
3. Exchanges:
Exchanges are only possible for incorrect or defective items.
We do not accept exchanges for size changes, design changes, or buyer’s remorse due to the custom nature of our products.
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returned items will be covered by us if the item is defective or incorrect.
For other circumstances, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
